Reportage Wedding Photography; Press & PR Photography; Commercial, Architecture & Aerial Photography - Leicestershire, Warwickshire & Midlands
I am a freelance photographer (NCTJ-trained)based between Coventry and Leicester and available to cover assignments in the East Midlands, West Midlands, nationwide and worldwide. I regularly work in Leicestershire, Warwickshire, Birmingham, Northamptonshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire and surrounding areas.
I have twenty two years’ experience as a professional photographer, gaining sixteen awards along the way. For the past thirteen years I have been freelancing for national magazines and newspapers, as well as for corporate magazines and annual reports on behalf of many blue-chip companies. Public-relations, commercial, advertising, aerial and architectural photography is also regularly undertaken. Many years in photojournalism have led to my covering reportage weddings too. This fresh and spontaneous style has become a hallmark, which is applied to every assignment.
NEW FOR 2009: I can now offer affordable low-level aerial photography (as well as high-level from an aircraft) as I have just invested in a 15m aerial mast. The mast can offer more oblique angles than can be obtained by photographing from an aircraft due to the low-flying laws, so photographs from the mast can be much more dramatic - and of course, a lot cheaper than hiring an aircraft!
I have been commissioned twice to photograph Her Majesty the Queen in the Buckingham Palace music room. Prior to starting my own business, I was a senior staff photographer for the Coventry Evening Telegraph for five years, after working for newspapers in Kent.
I am happy to provide a fast, friendly and efficient service on both high-quality digital and traditional film media.
